Um, I have a question...
Here are some questions from your fellow Language Matters Academy members.
Here's what you need to know for Zoom meetings.
It's not showing up on my dashboard.
There are two main reasons a class doesn't appear on a student's dashboard.
1) Student has multiple accounts. When you create multiple accounts on Language Matters Academy, courses only appear in the account used to register for the course. You'll need to sign in to the specific account that was used to enroll.
*Note: If you ever want to change the email address associated with your account, you may do so in settings. This will enable to keep all of your work in one place.
2) Access to the course has closed. Classes are generally offered for a limited availability period. We aim to provide you ample time to complete the material. Each course contains an overview, with a description, instructor info., etc. It also lists the availability window for you to see before you register.
If you ever have questions about this, please reach out to use directly.
As you move through a course, you will be prompted to Complete & Continue in order to move on to the next lesson. You must complete all lessons (until the course is 100% complete) in order for Language Matters Academy to release your certificate, which will be stored in your account.
**Please note** Practice sessions on single topics and labs do not provide certificates like courses do.

Each course is available for a limited amount of time. Be sure to read the Course Overview sections carefully. That's where you'll find out how long your access lasts.
Make sure you've entered it correctly. Coupon codes from instructors are often limited to a set number of students. If someone gave out the code, it might cause issues. Encourage the instructor contact us.
