How do I cancel a subscription?

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click Billing.
  3. Scroll to the subscription you want to discontinue and click Cancel.

Where do I find the link to the live session?!

Here's what you need to know for Zoom meetings.

Links to live sessions can always be found inside the course. We typically do not email the link. Whenever you enroll in a live session, we encourage you to explore the chapters in advance. We may provide discussion topics, areas where you can pose questions in advance, and (of course) we'll post the link for you well in advance so you can test your connection.

Where's my certificate?

As you move through a course, you will be prompted to Complete & Continue in order to move on to the next lesson. You must complete all lessons (until the course is 100% complete) in order for Language Matters Academy to release your certificate, which will be stored in your account.

**Please note** Practice sessions on single topics and labs do not provide certificates like courses do.

  • Where did my course go?

    Each course is available for a limited amount of time. Be sure to read the Course Overview sections carefully. That's where you'll find out how long your access lasts.

  • Why isn't my coupon code working?

    Make sure you've entered it correctly. Coupon codes from instructors are often limited to a set number of students. If someone gave out the code, it might cause issues. Encourage the instructor contact us.
